Raymond died peacefully at home on 29th May 2021.  A dear husband of the late Irene, special friend and partner of Freda, loving dad of Graeme, Linda and Karen, treasured grandad and great grandad, also a dear father in law and brother. 

Raymond’s family would like to thank everyone for their condolences and the many cards and messages of sympathy and support they have received. These are a great comfort to the family at this sad time.

Raymond’s funeral will take place at St Martin's Church at 11am on Wednesday 9th June, but due to Covid restrictions numbers will be limited in the church - only those who have been requested by the family will be allowed to attend. The burial will take place after the church service at Brampton Cemetery and everyone is welcome to join the family for the proceedings.  The funeral cortege will leave Bramble Court at 10.45am and will travel via William Howard School then along Main Street down High Cross Street and Front Street to the church.  (Please don't stand in the grounds of Bramble Court due to Covid restrictions)

The family have booked the Howard Arms for refreshments but again numbers are limited. You can however book individual tables for small groups in the downstairs bar area.
